Uranus 💡

Born with a Uranus Retrograde at 5° Libra at the MC. Uranus started it's retrogrades motion on January 13, 1970 at 8° of Libra. 3 months before my birth. At June 12, 1970 it stations direct at 4° Libra.
Sidenote:My Moon at birth is at 8° of Libra. The energy is intertwined. 

When a planet is retrograde in the birthchart, optically moving backwards, it means the energy expresses itself inwards, a contemplating mode. This degree of difference are the steps I need to 'redo' in this life. At least that is how I feel it. Considering it's a slow moving outer planet and the core features of Uranus (it's about quick upheavels or changes regarding liberty, equality, brotherhood, technology and erratically behavior) is about change, I consider it important as it's conjunct my Moon and MC as said and Aquarius (sign of Uranus) sits in my 2nd house under the influence of Capricorn with its ruler Saturn in Taurus. 

Uranus is sequisquare (blockage) my Venus & Mercury in Taurus and bi-quintile (talent) my Saturn. The energy of Uranus in cardinal Libra which is about quick changes and balance/harmonize these for the greater cause. Uranus wants to be free. My Mercury & Venus are in fixed Taurus. I am fixed with my ideas which I tend to sugar coat. These aspects creating conflict. Uranus wants to be free, Venus & Mercury wants to have things secure and stabile as is. But considering the bq to Saturn it creates a talent. Since Uranus is the slow moving planet at the highest point of the chart, it dertermines the direction. I can resist initially quick changes.

In my progressed chart Uranus is going direct tomorrow (Oct 9, 2023) after 53,5 years. I made the steps, contemplated enough, time to move forward. Uranus continues it's course direct.

Every degree in Astrology has it's own meaning, it's own energy, with it's own 'Sabian Symbol' [The Sabian symbols are 360 short pithy descriptions which are associated with the 360 degrees of the zodiac, so that each degree had its own symbolic meaning]

To make it simple, I started at 5° (at birth), the astrological intention is to go back to 4° first, to learn those lessons, as soon as that energy is embedded, move back to 5° (now) to go forward to 6° etc.
This all happens in the progressed chart. The progressed tells you where you are at now and which aspects do they make to your natal chart.

My Moon is at 8° of Libra, the energy contains the symbol of beauty, art, wisdom, seeing truth and intuitive vision, connected to the 8th house/Scorpio. 

From inward to outward. 
In combination with the symbols it makes much sense for me, I am at a turning point.

I continued to write this post on Oct 18th, as my life went upside down the past week. A lot happened, I guess the eclipses (solar eclips/new moon at 21°Libra/Aries) had to do something with it as well. A speed up at all levels. All levels of my life undergoing a total change. My nerves (Uranus) are difficult to control, a heavy shake-up energy is noticeable. My muscles are tight. An energy which I just undergo with the flow. Retrogrades in the natal is an energy taking place inwards at soul level.
I am exited by the Sabian Symbols of the degrees what a part of that change might be; with change comes lessons, experiences and turnarounds, I keep the faith in what might come✨
